Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our growing family.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Sales Manager
based in Gujranwala. The role involves planning and executing sales strategies,
training and managing sales teams, building strong customer relationships, and
delivering exceptional customer service to exceed business goals. The TerritoryThe
Sales Manager will also be responsible for ensuring optimal store performance,
analyzing sales data, and identifying growth opportunities in the assigned
region. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the
brand's vision and business objectives will be a key component of this role.

Qualifications

  • Excellent

Communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong
customer relationships.

  • Proficiency

in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of achieving
targets and driving business growth.

  • Strong

Customer Service skills and focus on ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Experience

in Training and leading sales teams to maximize productivity.

  • Proven

problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.

  • Strong

organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales
data effectively.

  • Bachelor’s

degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

  • Experience

in the retail or footwear industry is a plus.

  • Willingness

to travel within the assigned territory and strong knowledge of the local
market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs1.00 per month
