Territory Manager

Job Title: Territory Manager
Location: Gujranwala

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to manage and expand our business operations in the Gujranwala region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving territory sales targets while ensuring strong market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee sales activities within the assigned territory
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates
  • Ensure proper product availability and market coverage in the territory

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, territory management, or business development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and achieve targets
  • Good knowledge of the local market and distribution channels
