TERRITORY SALES OFFICER (FAISLABAD, SARGODHA, GUJRANWALA, OKARA, SAHIWAL, JEHLUM, GUJRAT, M.B DIN, KASUR, SIALKOT)

We are looking for TERRITORY SALES OFFICER who is responsible to execute sales, distribution and visibility objectives within the assigned territory. The role ensures achievement of sales targets, market coverage and in-store excellence through strong trade relationships, distributor coordination and effective route management for spices and desserts product categories.

Key Responsibilities

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory.

· Ensure proper coverage of retail and wholesale outlets as per beat plan.

· Drive product availability, visibility, and display across all trade channels.

· Execute company sales and promotional plans at the market level.

· Ensure adequate product distribution through effective order booking and follow-up.

· Maintain optimum stock levels at distributor and retailer ends.

· Ensure correct product placement, FIFO adherence, and merchandising compliance.

· Identify and onboard new outlets to expand market reach.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.

· Ensure timely feedback from trade partners regarding products, schemes, and services.

· Identify new business opportunities and propose local trade activities.

· Implement and monitor consumer and trade promotions as per company guidelines.

· Ensure point-of-sale materials (POSM) and display items are placed effectively.

· Track scheme performance and ensure accurate execution at the outlet level.

· Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and market reports to the Area Sales Manager.

· Track competitor activities, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

· Provide insights and recommendations for sales improvement.

· Coordinate with the distributor sales team for order booking, delivery, and collection.

· Monitor distributor stock levels and ensure healthy inventory rotation.

· Ensure adherence to sales targets, route plans, and performance KPIs.

· Follow company policies, pricing structures, and trade terms.

· Ensure all market activities are conducted ethically and professionally.

· Maintain proper documentation, reporting accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

· 3–5 years of FMCG sales experience (spices, desserts or food category preferred).

· Experience in retail, wholesale & modern trade management.

· Strong distributor coordination and market execution skills.

· Basic computer literacy (MS Excel, Word, Email reporting).
