Job Description -

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Manage and fulfill E2E Testing engagement for Supply Chain Finance (SCF), Trade Finance (Eximbills Enterprise), and Electronic Trade (ET) systems integrated with ADIB’s ecosystem.

1. Extensive QA Experience: Over 6+ years of proven experience in software testing and quality assurance, with 3+ years in a test lead capacity, particularly in banking domains like SCF and Trade Finance.
2. Domain Knowledge: Strong hands-on expertise in Core Banking, Treasury, Deposits, Limits, and Trade Finance transaction types, including experience with Ethix and Eximbills systems.
3. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in tools and platforms such as Putty, SSH Shell, Rapid SQL, PL/SQL Developer, SQL Server, Citrix, ETL Informatica, and Crystal Reports.
4. Test Documentation: Highly experienced in preparing and validating RTMs, test cases, test plans, test strategies, and test closure documents.
5. Testing Expertise: Proficient in SIT/UAT, functional, integration, and regression testing, including end-to-end testing across front-end and back-end systems.
6. Defect & Requirement Management: Experienced in requirement analysis, gap analysis between BRD and FSD, defect tracking, triage meetings, and change request discussions.
7. Deployment & Validation: Capable of handling application and package deployments on both database and application servers, including validation of financial transactions and services.
8. Project & Environment Management: Skilled in managing UAT projects end-to-end, coordinating with IT for environment setup, and maintaining version control and retrospectives.
9. Stakeholder Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills with business users, vendors, and support teams for test execution, defect resolution, and documentation.
10. Reporting & Metrics: Experienced in preparing effort estimations, capacity planning, dashboards, and daily/weekly status reports for senior management.
11. Governance & Compliance: Ensures adherence to security and regulatory standards, maintains testing artifacts, and supports UAT coordination and sign-off.
12. Leadership & Mentoring: Demonstrated ability in team building, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.
