ABOUT THE ROLE

Jotform is seeking a Test Automation Engineer in our İstanbul office, located in a relaxed fun environment in Vadistanbul. As a rapidly growing company, we are hiring for similar positions continuously and once an opportunity matches your qualifications, we will contact you immediately.

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC and STLC
• Support and improve quality in an agile development environment
• Test new features and functionalities using automation on Web, API and Mobile
• Configuration and maintenance of test plan and test case development
• Design, create and implement automation test scripts
• Configuration and maintenance of testing tools and environments
• Report bugs and issues to development teams

Education & Work Experience & Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/CENG or in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience
• 2+ years of experience in automated testing for SaaS-based web and mobile apps.
• Strong knowledge of Clean Code and SOLID Principles
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript or Java
• Experience with popular E2E testing frameworks (i.e. Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or Puppeteer)
• Intermediate knowledge of mobile E2E testing
• Intermediate knowledge of API testing
• Intermediate knowledge of Locust, K6, or any other tool for Load Testing
• Good troubleshooting and issue-diagnosing skills
• Knowledge of defect reporting and tracking
• Basic knowledge of SQL queries
• Working experience with CI/CD and related tools like Git and Jenkins
• Excellent command of English
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
