Software Test Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking Software Test Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for ensuring product quality, optimizing system performance, and continuously improving testing efficiency across various business projects. This role involves designing automation frameworks, identifying areas for quality improvement, and working closely with development teams to enhance product functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Testing: Execute tests for multiple business projects to guarantee high-quality product delivery and improved testing efficiency.
• Automation: Design and implement automated testing frameworks to expand test coverage and speed up execution.
• Engineering Practices: Utilize advanced engineering practices to boost the productivity and efficiency of the R&D and engineering teams.
• Quality Improvement: Collaborate with the development team to address coding standards and design principles, improving overall product quality.
• System Optimization: Enhance internal systems, focusing on performance, functionality, user experience, and interaction design.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
• Testing Experience: 3+ years of experience in software testing, strong knowledge of testing tools, and a proven ability to detect and resolve product defects.
• Testing Skills: Expertise in one or more testing areas, including automation testing, performance testing, or static code analysis.
• Development Experience: Preferred experience in continuous integration, development tools, framework design, or distributed systems.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in at least one mainstream programming language such as Java, Python, PHP, or Node.js.
• Project Management & DevOps: Experience in project management, CI/CD, configuration management, or DevOps is highly desirable.
• Personal Attributes: A passion for testing technologies, strong problem-solving abilities, proactive learning attitude, excellent communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
• Language: Native Arabic speakers are preferred.
