Test Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Automation & Test Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Playwright automation and manual testing to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate should have strong expertise in UI Automation using Playwright with Typescript/JavaScript along with solid understanding of QA processes, CI/CD integration and modern testing practices.

What You Will Do

• Understand software requirements and translate them into test scenarios and test cases.
• Design, Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright tool.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Create reusable test utilities and Page Object Models
• Perform cross-browser testing
• Integrate automation scripts into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Execute regression, smoke and sanity test suites
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts and product teams
• Identify, log and track defects using JIRA

• Analyze test results and generate reports• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• 3+ years of experience in UI test automation.
• Proficiency in TypeScript or JavaScript
• Strong hands-on experience with Playwright or related.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience with Page Object Model (POM) design pattern.
• Understanding of software testing fundamentals (test cases, test plans, bug lifecycle, etc.).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Experience in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
