Role Summary
The Test Engineer (Arabic-speaking) is required to support QA Governance activities for Life & Social Insurance applications by designing, executing, and documenting test cases while ensuring compliance with business, regulatory, and governance standards.
Key Responsibilities

Understand Social Insurance business processes including contributions, eligibility validation, benefits processing, and claims workflow.

Review business requirements and raise functional or regulatory clarifications.

Prepare test conditions, test cases, and test data aligned with QA Governance standards.

Incorporate review comments and maintain version control of test artifacts.

Execute assigned test cases and accurately log pass results and defects.

Track defect lifecycle including re-raise and closure validation.

Support Test Lead in preparing governance metrics, dashboards, and status reports.

Ensure adherence to QA standards, compliance requirements, and documentation controls.
Required Skills & Experience

Arabic-speaking candidate required for onsite support.

3–5 years of functional testing experience, preferably within Life or Social Insurance domain.

Knowledge of benefits administration and contribution-based insurance systems.

Familiarity with test case design, execution, and defect lifecycle management.

Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA/ALM or equivalent).

Strong documentation and communication skills.
