Test Lead

🚀 We’re Hiring: Test Lead – Temenos T24 Treasury & Money Market Implementation.

Are you a hands-on, technical Test Lead with 10+ years of experience in software testing? We’re looking for a dynamic professional to lead the daily execution and delivery of testing activities for our Temenos T24 Treasury & Money Market Implementation . This is an onsite deployment role, where you’ll transform strategy into action and ensure flawless execution at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Execution Leadership – Mentor and guide a team of functional, integration, and automation testers during SIT and UAT phases.

✅ Test Design & Review – Approve detailed test cases, scenarios, and data for Treasury modules and customizations.

✅ Defect Management – Own the defect lifecycle using tools like JIRA/ALM, prioritize based on business risk, and drive resolution.

✅ Daily Standups & Reporting – Track progress, manage resources, and provide timely updates to the Test Manager.

Treasury-Specific Focus:

🔍 Deep Treasury Expertise – Prepare and execute scenarios for Spot FX, Money Market, Bonds, FRNs, and Treasury Bills .

🔍 Trade Lifecycle Validation – Validate trade capture, pricing, settlements, accruals, rate resets, MTM, and P&L.

🔍 Integration Testing – Perform integration testing with market data providers (Reuters/Bloomberg), GL systems, payment/SWIFT systems, and risk engines.

🔍 Lifecycle Events – Validate amendments, cancellations, rollovers, early settlements.

🔍 Accounting & Revaluation – Verify accounting entries, revaluation results, and EOD/EOM processes.

🔍 Data Migration Testing – Lead complex data integrity checks and financial reconciliations.

Team Management:

👥 Manage test environments, data refresh schedules, and parallel execution cycles.

👥 Coach junior testers on Treasury functional areas and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

✔ 10+ years in software testing, with 3+ years as a Test Lead.

✔ Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 Treasury / Transact , including Model Bank and customizations.

✔ Familiarity with test automation and performance testing tools.

✔ Strong understanding of treasury instruments and trade lifecycle .

✔ Experience in valuation concepts (NPV, yield, discounting) and settlement flows.

✔ Experience with treasury platforms like T24 Treasury / Murex / Calypso is a plus.

✔ Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment.
