Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and skilled Textile Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong design sense, knowledge of fabric patterns, prints, and color combinations, and hands-on experience using design software to create textile concepts suitable for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Create innovative textile designs including prints, patterns, embroidery layouts, and fabric textures
• Develop design concepts based on trends, client requirements, and brand aesthetics
• Work on repeat patterns, colorways, and technical files for production
• Collaborate with production and sampling teams to ensure accuracy in final output
• Maintain a library of designs, swatches, and inspiration references
• Research latest market trends, materials, and fashion forecasts
• Modify or customize existing designs as needed
• Ensure timely completion of design projects and sampling work

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a textile/fabric designer
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or CAD tools
• Strong understanding of color theory, trends, and textile materials
• Ability to create print repeats and technical production files
• Good sketching ability (hand-drawn or digital) is a plus
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual sense
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
