We are looking for high potential, talented and hardworking graduates for the duration of 11 months with the below qualifications

• 2025 University graduate, bachelor’s degree from Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or equivalent departments
• Advanced level of English,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications knowledge,
For male candidates, military service should be deferred for at least two years

New Graduate is expected to provide analytical support to Technical and Functional Training Department, TFT Projects and Planning Function and she/he will work on the assigned projects

• To optimally organize and control the technical training plan for JT Group factory employees in compliance with availability of resources (trainers, instructors and equipment)
• To optimize technical training and support scheduling in regard to timing, resources and cost; ensure priority based on analysis of requests and management’s discretion.
• To establish and maintain network relations with GSC Manufacturing locations, relevant functional experts, all making & packing instructors, technical support technicians
• To coordinate administrative duties of Torbali TFT Office and support TFT Coordinator
To support testing and maintenance of SW used by TFT and IWS Education & Training Pillar Teams (PlanIT / PowerBI / SDM
