Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) – English to join our academic team in Samastipur, Bihar. The ideal candidate should possess excellent command over English language and literature, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for nurturing students’ communication abilities and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver effective English lessons for middle and secondary school students (Classes VI–X).
• Develop lesson plans and teaching materials in line with the school curriculum.
• Foster students’ interest in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension.
• Evaluate and assess students’ performance through assignments, tests, and projects.
• Maintain a disciplined and engaging classroom environment.
• Organize literary activities such as debates, elocutions, and essay writing competitions.
• Participate actively in school meetings, events, and professional development programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in English.
• Professional Qualification: B.Ed. (mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of relevant teaching experience.

• Strong grammar and vocabulary base.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
