Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging science lesson plans for secondary school students.
• Conduct classroom and laboratory sessions to illustrate scientific concepts.
• Assess and monitor student progress through exams, assignments, and projects.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance.
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development programs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the science curriculum.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or related field.
• Teaching degree or certification for secondary education.
• Proven experience teaching science at the secondary school level.
• Strong knowledge of scientific concepts and teaching methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
