POSITION

Overnight Desk Agent/Concierge- Part Time

As an Overnight Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for night time front office operations, concierge services for hotel guests, and providing an outstanding guest experience for hotel guests.

You will be part of an exceptional front office team that leads the property. You will engage with guests throughout the stay, assisting them and answer any questions they may have throughout the night. You’ll be present to provide information on hotel services and most importantly, as their host, make out guests feel welcome whilst they visit The Maker and Hudson.

You will need to be social, upbeat, positive, friendly; confident and able to handle pressure well & feel confident in addressing any issues by yourself. This position requires guest-centric individuals who strive to provide the best level of service.

Mandatory Friday and Saturday nights, 10pm-7am, 18 hours per week.

WHO YOU ARE
Our ideal candidate is confident, calm under pressure, polite, & responsible. You’ll be reliable, have a strong work ethic, trustworthy and comfortable with various hospitality related programs such as a PMS, as well as having basic computer skills.

This position requires previous front desk & hotel experience.

Competitive hourly, based upon experience
