Theatre Scrub Nurse

Job Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons during surgical procedures by maintaining sterile field.
• Prepare OT instruments, equipment, and sterile supplies.
• Follow strict aseptic and infection control protocols.
• Perform instrument, sponge, and needle counts.
• Coordinate with OT team for smooth surgical workflow.
• Handle and label surgical specimens correctly.
• Maintain OT cleanliness and safety standards.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma / B.Sc Nursing with valid Nursing Council registration.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrub Nurse in OT.
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures.
• Experience in cardiac / major surgeries will be an added advantage.
• Willing to work in rotational shifts and emergency duties.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
