Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, professional manner and set an example to all. core values, best practices, guidelines and objectives, while respecting other cultures and nationalities and projecting a positive and proactive position to help build and maintain a strong, loyal team.

The duties and responsibilities will include:

• Greet guests on arrival and conduct check-in and registration procedures in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Perform spa menu treatments as per Six Senses Spas standards.
• Perform specialized beauty treatments as per standards
• Able to use all technical equipment provided for treatments
• Able to do skin analysis and professional skin recommendations.
• Recommend treatment and products based on lifestyle consultation form and after asking the assessment questions to guest.
• Adapt to specific guest needs following LQA and our protocols.
• Make sure treatment rooms have enough supplies at all times as per standards.
• Request and log stock of supplies necessary for the treatment rooms.
• Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job.
• Maintain efficient administration within the department preparing and submitting operational reports.
• Ensure all equipment of the department is kept clean and in good working condition.
• Upsell all property facilities and activities.
• Attend meetings and training as required.
• Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
• Perform any additional tasks given to me by supervisor/management.

Qualifications

To execute the position of Therapist- Beautician, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant management experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting.
• Hospitality Management Degree or some college preferred.
• Fluent in English.
