Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Therapy Support Executive with 1+ years of relevant experience. This role involves assisting therapy operations through effective client coordination, clear communication, and efficient scheduling. You will contribute to enhancing client satisfaction and ensuring seamless coordination between clients and therapists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective clients to provide information and respond to inquiries related to couple counselling services
  • Explain therapy options, session formats, and pricing in a clear, supportive, and professional manner
  • Assist clients with booking therapy sessions and coordinating schedules with therapists
  • Establish trust and rapport through empathetic, respectful, and solution-focused communication
  • Encourage individuals to take next steps such as registering for webinars or booking consultations
  • Conduct follow-ups with webinar participants via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Maintain accurate and updated client information in the CRM system
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and follow-ups to ensure a smooth therapy experience
  • Address client concerns in a timely manner with clear and helpful responses
  • Support ongoing client relationships through consistent and thoughtful engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • B.Sc. degree is an added advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable handling sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently

  • Female candidates preferred
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience: Client support / customer service (Preferred)
  • Work Location: In-person

Work Timings

  • 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
  • One working Sunday per month, with a compensatory off provided the following day

Compensation

  • ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience and interview performance)
