Job Title: Thermal Design Engineer – Heat Exchangers
Location: Sharjah, UAE
Experience: 5–10 Years

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Thermal Design Engineer with strong experience in heat exchanger design and thermal analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in HTRI and a solid background in pressure vessels and fin fan systems within EPC or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform thermal design and analysis of Heat Exchanger Systems (Shell & Tube, Fin Fan, etc.)
  • Prepare and release technical documentation after review
  • Apply thermal and fluid engineering principles using analytical methods
  • Manage day-to-day project activities including analysis, testing, and coordination
  • Collaborate with engineering teams and project managers to validate design details
  • Develop and maintain accurate design models within project timelines
  • Review and revise designs to resolve operational or production issues
  • Support standardization of engineering documentation and processes
  • Participate in technical discussions, presentations, and client meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech or equivalent)
  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in thermal design
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with HTRI software
  • Strong experience in AutoCAD and SolidWorks (Heat Exchangers & Pressure Vessels)
  • In-depth knowledge of ASME Section VIII Div 1 and U Stamp requirements
  • Solid understanding of thermal sciences, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer principles
  • Experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or Desalination projects
  • Knowledge of safety standards and structural design regulations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
