Title: Third Party Management Specialist

Pay range: $40.00 - $52.00 hr/paid weekly

Work Schedule: 1st shift 8:00am-4:30pm Mon-Fri EST (some flex with start time)

Location: Framingham, MA

Contract Length: 7 month -possible extension

Sanofi's contingent workforce program, FLEXT Direct, is seeking a Third Party Management Specialist for a 7 month contract possible to extend.

Job Title: Third Party Management Specialist

Description:

The Third Party Management Specialist will oversee Third Party Quality operations for the MA BioCampus, ensuring excellence in quality standards and regulatory compliance across external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Supplier Change Notification (SCN) processes.
• Manage third party quality event investigations.
• Support Quality Agreement programs, including periodic reviews and documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Control (QC), Facilities, and Manufacturing departments to resolve compliance issues.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Supplier Quality.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of Quality/Operations experience in a biotech/pharmaceutical cGMP manufacturing environment within an FDA-regulated industry.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Veeva Quality Management Systems (QMS).
• Strong knowledge of global pharmaceutical regulations (US, EU, Canada, Japan, Australia).
• Additional Requirements: Ability to gown and enter manufacturing/warehouse areas as needed.
