Page is seeking to hire an Associate to support the Professional Development and Thought Leadership team. The Director of Thought Leadership will supervise this Associate. This full-time, remote position plays a vital role in ensuring Page’s programs, events and thought leadership products are executed with excellence and provide value for members. Approximately half of the role is focused aiding in the production of thought leadership and content, with the remainder supporting professional development and learning programs. The position requires occasional travel (5–6 trips annually) to support Page events. This individual turns strategic direction into high-quality deliverables. The Associate will synthesize information from events and research into engaging and accurate content, applying AI tools where appropriate to enhance efficiency and quality. This role requires curiosity, critical thinking, attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership in achieving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Thought Leadership & Content Synthesis
- Synthesize transcripts, notes, and research into concise summaries, recaps, or visual materials giving actionable recommendations for Page publications and member resources.
- Apply editorial judgment and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and alignment with Page’s voice and standards.
- Use AI-enabled tools to assist with transcription, summarization and multimedia editing.
- Organize and maintain content (written and multimedia) in Page’s digital asset systems for discoverability and reuse.
- Support integration of insights from events and research into the Page Knowledge Base, Page Conversations, Event topics and the Page Navigator products.
- Track engagement metrics and member feedback to inform continuous improvement.
Research & Knowledge Integration
- Conduct background research and compile materials to support thought leadership and benchmarking initiatives.
- Use in-house AI tool, Artie, for knowledge management and personalized learning.
- Ensure learnings and outcomes from professional development programs are captured and linked to broader thought leadership efforts.
Professional Development & Event Support
- Support on-site and virtual event execution, including AV coordination, live documentation and post-event follow-up for Page programs and events.
- Collaborate with the Director, Page Experiences, Professional Development & Learning to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver member value.
Collaboration & Administration
- Maintain calendars, notes and deliverables for the staff Pioneering Thinking & Sharing committee and other relevant staff and member committees.
- Coordinate workflows with internal staff, freelancers, and partners supporting thought leadership and learning initiatives.

Required Skills and Experience
- Experience in event logistics, content production, or project coordination.
- 2-3 years professional public relations / communications experience.
- Experience in multimedia production (graphic design, video, audio) preferred.
- Earned bachelor's degree in public relations, communication or other related discipline.
- Upholds Page Principles (especially remain calm, patient and good-humored)
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills across formats.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable serving as a point of contact with members, speakers, and partners.
- Proficiency with event technology platforms, content management tools, and collaborative software.
- Highly organized and adaptable; able to manage multiple priorities.
