Thumbnail Graphic Designer

Lonewolf, Shaveer Jafry’s YouTube channel, is looking for a bold and creative Thumbnail Graphic Designer who understands what makes viewers stop scrolling and click.

This role is for someone who approaches thumbnail design strategically, using strong visual storytelling to enhance video performance and brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design high-impact thumbnails for YouTube content

· Create visually compelling designs that drive clicks and engagement

· Work confidently with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma

· Apply a strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy

· Creatively use faces, expressions, and typography to support storytelling

· Ensure thumbnails align with the video’s mood while maintaining a consistent brand style

· Experiment with new styles and design approaches without compromising brand identity

Requirements:

· Proven experience in thumbnail or digital graphic design

· Strong visual sense and attention to detail

· Ability to translate ideas and emotions into clear, clickable visuals

· Willingness to iterate and refine designs based on feedback

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs170,000.00 per month
