TI and Power Specialist

We are looking for a TI & Power Specialist with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in telecom infrastructure and power system deployment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing Telecom Infrastructure (TI) and Power projects, including installation, integration, testing & commissioning (T&C), site acceptance, and customer coordination.

This is a technical execution role requiring strong field expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with customers, vendors, and field teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute Telecom Infrastructure (TI) and Power projects from planning through successful completion.
• Coordinate with customers on project schedules, work progress, approvals, and issue resolution.
• Prepare implementation plans, work schedules, and resource allocation using Microsoft Project or similar tools.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely material delivery and service execution.
• Supervise installation, integration, testing & commissioning (T&C), and site acceptance activities.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure installation quality and compliance with customer specifications and industry standards.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, progress reports, and acceptance records.
• Support customer documentation, work completion reports, and invoicing activities.
• Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, and subcontractors for efficient project execution.
• Identify project risks, technical issues, and delays, and recommend practical solutions.
• Monitor project timelines and support cost-effective execution.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards during all project activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery and operational performance.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Telecom Infrastructure (TI) and Power project execution.
• Hands-on experience with telecom site installation, integration, testing & commissioning (T&C), and site acceptance.
• Experience coordinating with telecom operators, customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Working knowledge of project planning and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on telecom rollout, modernization, or network expansion projects.
• Familiarity with telecom quality standards, site acceptance procedures, and documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• Knowledge of HSE practices and telecom industry best practices.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
