Manthey Hospitality is hiring a Ticket Sales Supervisor to oversee our ticket booth and kiosk operations ensuring guests enjoy a seamless, welcoming, and sales‑driven first impression for the launch of Nashville Riverboats.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, motivate, and support a team of Ticket Sales Operators in delivering exceptional, guest-focused service that creates memorable first impressions
- Coach team members on consultative selling techniques, upselling premium experiences, and cross-brand promotion to drive revenue and enhance the guest journey
- Oversee all ticket sales activity to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance within our fully cashless POS environment
- Ensure proper opening and closing procedures are followed, including system verification, transaction reconciliation, and payment security standards
- Maintain high standards for booth presentation, ensuring all kiosks remain clean, organized, branded, and fully stocked with current signage and promotional materials
- Monitor ticket inventory, wristbands, and operational supplies; coordinate timely restocking to avoid service disruption
- Act as the communication bridge between operations and sales, clearly relaying schedule changes, capacity updates, weather adjustments, and service modifications to both team members and guests
- Proactively manage crowd flow, wayfinding, and guest direction during peak periods to ensure smooth boarding and positive guest experiences
- Step into sales support as needed during high-volume periods while maintaining oversight of team performance

- Accuracy and accountability when processing electronic POS transactions
- Attention to detail when distributing wristbands, boarding passes, and providing clear wayfinding and boarding instructions
- A team-first attitude that supports crowd flow and booth operations during peak traffic times
- Pride in maintaining clean, organized, and guest-ready booths and kiosks, including signage, promotional materials, and supplies
- Strong communication with vessel and operations teams regarding capacity, schedule updates, and guest needs
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as business demands
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions including heat, sun, cold, wind, and rain
- Comfort working in high-traffic, guest-facing environments
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or carry light booth supplies as needed
