Job Title: Ticketing Administrator (2-Month Contract)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ticketing Administrator to support the VIP ticketing operations during the event. The role involves managing ticket distribution, coordinating guest lists, and providing administrative support to ensure a seamless experience for VIP guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ticket allocation, verification, and distribution for VIP guests.

  • Maintain accurate ticketing and guest records.

  • Coordinate with the operations and hospitality teams for on-site requirements.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, documentation, and report updates.

  • Support during event days with flexible working hours.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, ticketing, or administration preferred.

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to adapt to changing schedules, and remain flexible to work till late hours during the event.

  • Available for immediate joining and flexible during the event period.
