Ticketing Agent

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Ticketing Agent to join our travel operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for issuing, reissuing, and managing airline tickets while ensuring accurate reservations, fare calculations, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle domestic and international airline ticket bookings.
  • Issue, reissue, cancel, and refund tickets using GDS systems.
  • Provide fare quotes and advise customers on best travel options.
  • Manage flight schedules, seat selection, and special requests.
  • Ensure compliance with airline rules, fare policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with airlines for changes, upgrades, and disruptions.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and client documentation.
  • Assist sales team with ticketing support for Umrah and tour packages.
  • Handle customer queries professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s in Travel, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Ticketing Agent or Travel Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with GDS systems such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Strong knowledge of airline fares, routings, and ticketing rules.
  • Familiarity with refund, reissue, and cancellation procedures.
  • Good communication skills in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus).
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email handling)
