Job Description:
Chalo Pakistan Tours (Pvt.) Ltd is seeking a skilled and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling airline reservations, issuing tickets, managing fare quotations, and providing accurate travel-related information to customers. This role requires efficiency, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, and cancellations
• Provide accurate fare quotations and travel options
• Manage refunds, date changes, and ticket modifications
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Deliver excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional work experience in the role of “Ticketing Officer/ Consultant.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo preferred)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Location: DHA Phase 6 - Karachi
