Tour Executive – Group & Travel Operations

Breeze Travels & Tours (Pvt) Ltd is a leading travel agency offering Air Tickets, Group Tours, Umrah Packages, Visas, Hotels, and Travel Insurance. We are expanding our operations and seeking a skilled Tour Executive to manage international and domestic group travel operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage group & individual tours (inbound & outbound)
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, visa facilitators, and international partners
• Prepare detailed itineraries, costings, and quotations
• Handle group visa documentation, hotel bookings, transportation & sightseeing schedules
• Communicate professionally with clients, corporate groups, and suppliers
• Negotiate with suppliers to secure best possible rates
• Manage pre-departure arrangements and post-tour follow-ups
• Ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction

Requirements
✅ Experience with a tour operator or travel company preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of international destinations & visa procedures
✅ Good understanding of hotels, transport & tour logistics
✅ Ability to manage multiple group tours simultaneously
✅ Strong coordination, communication & problem-solving skills
✅ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
GDS knowledge (Galileo / Sabre) is an added advantage
Education: Graduate (Diploma in Travel & Tourism preferred)
