Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate, customer-focused, and detail-oriented Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing flight bookings, issuing tickets, handling fare inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience for our clients from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage flight bookings, reissuances, cancellations, and refunds for both domestic and international travel
• Provide accurate and competitive fare quotations to clients
• Ensure all bookings comply with airline policies, fare rules, and company procedures
• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, and in person with travel inquiries and itinerary planning
• Process payments and issue e-tickets accurately and in a timely manner
• Stay updated on airline schedules, promotions, and travel regulations
• Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve ticketing issues efficiently
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Ticketing Agent or within a travel agency (required)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Basic knowledge of international travel regulations, fare calculation, and visa requirements is an advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: E£13,000.00 - E£15,000.00 per month
