Ticketing & Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle airline reservations and ticket issuance using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre).
  • Manage rebooking, refunds, exchanges, and provide accurate fare quotations.
  • Promote and sell holiday packages, tours, and visa services.
  • Support sales & marketing campaigns across social media and travel platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts.
  • Assist in preparing promotional content, offers, and marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and partners for competitive deals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in airline ticketing/reservations (minimum 2 years preferred).
  • Familiarity with GDS systems (Amadeus/Sabre).
  • Strong knowledge of travel products (flights, hotels, tours, visas).
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; social media marketing skills are an advantage.
  • Fluent in English (other languages such as Arabic, Hindi, or Chinese are a plus).
  • Based in Dubai, with transferable visa preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
