TIG Welder

Flextrol is a family-owned manufacturer of metal hose and jacketed products, in business since 1982. We are seeking a candidate to TIG weld in our metal hose department.

The qualifications and skills for the job include:

• 3 years minimum work experience in TIG welding
• Capability to pass ASME Section IX pipe test (2" S-80 CS x-ray)
• Ensure all products conform to our quality control procedures
• Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
• Basic familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics (reading measurements, etc.)
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality welds
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

An employee in this position will have the unique opportunity to weld hose assemblies used in the facilities of well-known global brands. As a result, every product we produce must be of the highest quality. We are looking for a dedicated employee who takes pride in their work.

Corrugated metal hose consists of very thin-gauge metal. It will require some patience if you are not accustomed to welding thin-gauge materials.
