JOB DESCRIPTION:
TII is seeking a skilled Digital & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media channels, and enhancing our online presence. This role requires creativity, strong analytical skills, and expertise in leveraging digital platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. It also needs someone with strong English content writing skills for creating and guiding compelling content across various platforms.
1. Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with TII's goals and target audience.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audience preferences, market trends, and potential growth areas.

Collaborate with internal and external teams to create and optimize digital campaigns, including paid advertising, email marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
2. Social Media Management

Manage TII's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.

Develop and implement social media campaigns to promote brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Monitor social media platforms for trends, target audience feedback, and industry-related conversations to inform content creation and engagement strategies.
3. Content Creation and Curation

Create engaging and compelling content for digital platforms, including short videos, social media posts, blog articles, website copy, and e-newsletters.

Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accurate and timely delivery of content.

Curate and share relevant industry news, insights, and user-generated content to supplement TII's content strategy and enhance brand credibility.

Review posts for key messaging and grammar to ensure there is a high standard of quality posting for the organization.
4. Paid Promotions & Influencer Engagement

Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including social media, search engines, and display networks.

Identify and engage with relevant influencers and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.

Collaborate with influencers and manage influencer marketing campaigns to generate user-generated content, drive engagement, and increase brand awareness.
5. Website Management and Optimization

Oversee TII's website, ensuring it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines.

Analyze website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools to identify areas for improvement and optimize conversion rates.

Collaborate with web developers and designers to implement website enhancements and updates.
6. Analytics and Reporting

Monitor and analyze digital marketing and social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

Prepare regular reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs), to track progress and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing strategies, allocate budgets effectively, and enhance return on investment (ROI).
7. Other

Your remit will include support across shared services for digital, social media and website development.

You will be expected to guide and facilitate support as needed through social media, content creator and website development agencies.

Participate in any group-wide campaigns by the Marketing & Communications team.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a Digital & Social Media Manager or a similar role, with a track record of successful digital marketing campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media platforms, and content management systems.
