Decotechs is a fast-growing technology and automation company helping businesses worldwide leverage digital platforms to scale their operations. We are now expanding our e-commerce expertise and looking for a specialist to lead our TikTok Shop initiatives in the U.S. market.

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Specialist with a proven track record of managing and growing TikTok Shop operations in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in managing listings, optimizing campaigns, driving sales, and maintaining compliance with TikTok Shop guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management: Set up, manage, and optimize Decotechs’ TikTok Shop presence for the U.S. market.

Product Listing & Optimization: Upload and optimize product listings with high-quality images, descriptions, pricing, and keywords tailored to U.S. audiences.

Campaign Planning: Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase conversions.

Content Collaboration: Work closely with our content team and TikTok influencers to produce engaging, on-brand content.

Performance Tracking: Monitor shop performance, analytics, and KPIs; prepare regular reports and recommendations for improvement.

Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure the shop adheres to TikTok’s policies and guidelines.

Customer Experience: Oversee customer service, reviews, and feedback to maintain a positive brand reputation.

Trend Analysis: Research and implement U.S. market trends, seasonal campaigns, and competitive strategies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop in the U.S. market.

Proven success in driving sales growth, increasing conversions, and optimizing shop operations.

Strong understanding of TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem, ad platform, and influencer collaborations.

Familiarity with U.S. e-commerce trends, consumer behavior, and regulations.

Proficiency in analytics tools and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

Experience in other social commerce platforms (Instagram Shops, Facebook Shops, etc.).

Knowledge of paid advertising strategies within TikTok Ads Manager.

Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, and tech).
