Overview:
Startup for a women's app launching in Miami with a full-scale brand takeover. We're looking for a sharp, creative social media editors and content creators to be the person behind the scenes making it all look incredible. You'll be editing videos, building the content calendar, shooting footage around Miami, and crafting the visual aesthetic that makes women land on our page and immediately follow. If you know how to turn raw clips into scroll-stopping TikToks, plan a content timeline weeks out, and build a page that looks cohesive from the first video to the fiftieth, keep reading.
What you'd actually be doing:
Filming and editing 15–20 TikToks per week. fast cuts, trending audio, text overlays, the works. Following the founder to capture and edit aesthetic DITL content. Building and maintaining the visual aesthetic of the entire TikTok page so every video feels cohesive and on-brand when someone lands on the profile. Creating the content calendar and timeline, planning what goes out each day, what pillar it falls under, and how it ties into the larger campaign.
Coming up with video concepts and hooks that make women stop scrolling and send it to their group chat. Going out into Miami to film man-on-the-street content, product shots, event footage, and behind-the-scenes of our pink city takeover. Repurposing top-performing TikToks into Reels and YouTube Shorts with platform-specific edits. Helping run our Instagram grid, stories, and broadcast channel. Tracking analytics and knowing what's working, what's not, and what to double down on. Attending events including our launch party to capture content in real time. Being a creative energy behind the brand's voice online.
Who you are:
You have real, proven experience growing a social media presence — either your own personal brand or for a client or company. You can point to specific numbers: accounts you've grown, videos that went viral, engagement rates you've driven. You have your own TikTok or Instagram with an active following that shows you understand what performs and why. You're a marketing, communications, advertising, or digital media major (or recent grad) who understands strategy, not just trends. You have a sharp eye for visual aesthetics andyou can look at a TikTok page and immediately know if the grid feels cohesive or off.
Your editing skills are strong and fast. You know CapCut inside and out and can turn raw footage into a polished video that feels native to the platform. You're a planner who can build out a content calendar weeks in advance and keep the whole operation on schedule. You live in Miami and know the neighborhoods, the culture, and what makes women here tick. You've worked on a brand launch, product launch, or campaign before- even if it was a class project, a student org, or your own side hustle. You take initiative and don't wait to be told what to shoot next. You see content opportunities everywhere.
Required:
A TikTok or Instagram account you've personally grown to 5K+ followers. Portfolio or examples of content you've edited and produced for a brand (personal or professional). Strong proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent video editing tools.
Preferably enrolled in or graduated from a marketing, communications, advertising, or related program. Based in Miami full-time. Available to commit 20–25 hours per week through summer 2026.
This starts as a part-time role but we're building something big. As the brand scales well beyond Miami, the right person will grow into a full-time Head of Content or Creative Director position. You'd be getting in on the ground floor of a company that's just getting started.
