We are looking for a charismatic, high-energy personality to lead our TikTok Auction Lives. This is not a "behind-the-scenes" role—you will be the face and voice of our brand. You’ll start as a Part-Time creator with a clear, performance-based path to a Full-Time career including a salary, benefits, and uncapped commission.

Phase 1: Part-Time Role (Initial)

• Schedule: 20 hours per week | 5 days a week (4-hour shifts).

• Rate: $25.00 per hour.

• Focus: Hosting live auctions, engaging with viewers, and creating daily video content to drive traffic to the lives.

Phase 2: The Full-Time Upgrade (Performance Based)

Top performers will be transitioned to our Full-Time team with the following package:

• Base Salary: $25.00/hour ($52,000 annual base).

• Commission: 1% of Total Sales (e.g., $10,000 bonus for every $1M in sales).

• Paid Time Off: 2 Weeks Paid Holidays + 2 Weeks Paid Vacation.

• Schedule: 40 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Host Live Auctions: Conduct high-energy, interactive TikTok Live sessions. You must be able to describe products, manage the bidding process, and keep the "vibe" high for 3-4 hours at a time.

• Content Creation: Film, edit, and post daily TikToks/Reels (using CapCut or similar) to promote upcoming auctions and recap.

• Audience Building: Turn viewers into a community. You’ll be expected to interact with comments, handle fast-paced chats, and build "hype" around our inventory.

• Studio Management: Maintain a clean, professional-looking "set" and ensure lighting/audio is crisp for every stream.

Requirements

• Must be local to Syosset, NY (In-person attendance is required daily).

• Camera Ready: You are comfortable, articulate, and energetic on camera.

• Tech Savvy: Familiar with TikTok Live Studio and mobile editing apps (CapCut, etc.).

• Sales Instinct: You understand how to create urgency ("Going once, going twice!") and close a sale.

• Reliability: You are punctual and ready to go "live" at your scheduled time.
