We are seeking a strategic and results-driven TikTok Shop Expert to own our end-to-end presence on TikTok Shop. You will be responsible for building our storefront from the ground up, developing cutting-edge campaigns, and leveraging live commerce and creator partnerships to achieve significant revenue growth. You will be the key player in establishing our brand as a leader on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Management: Own the entire TikTok Shop operations, including account setup, product catalog management, inventory synchronization, and order processing.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive TikTok Shop strategy aligned with overall business goals, including sales targets, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
- Live Commerce Execution: Plan, produce, and host high-energy TikTok Live shopping events. Manage all aspects, from conceptualizing the show and preparing scripts to on-camera presentation and post-event analysis.
- Creator & Affiliate Management: Identify, recruit, and manage a network of TikTok creators and affiliates. Build strong partnerships, negotiate contracts, and provide them with the tools needed for successful promotional campaigns.
- Performance Marketing: Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns through TikTok Ads Manager, specifically focusing on TikTok Shopping Ads (VSA) to drive traffic and maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Content & Merchandising: Collaborate with the content team to develop a calendar of high-converting, shoppable videos. Ensure product listings are optimized with compelling visuals and descriptions to maximize conversion rates.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), conversion rate, traffic, and overall shop health. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize performance.
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the latest TikTok trends, features, and competitive strategies to ensure our tactics remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications & Skills
Required:
- Proven hands-on experience managing and growing a TikTok Shop for a brand.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets on the platform.
- In-depth knowledge of the TikTok ecosystem, including its algorithm, culture, and best practices for organic and paid growth.
- Proficiency with TikTok Ads Manager and TikTok Seller Center.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting data to inform strategy.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
Highly Desired:
- Experience in hosting or producing engaging TikTok Live streams.
- An existing network of TikTok creators and influencers.
- Comfort with being on camera as a brand representative.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and affiliate marketing software.
