About the Role
We are looking for a highly driven TikTok Shop Manager to build and scale our TikTok commerce operations from the ground up. This role is responsible for owning the full TikTok Shop ecosystem — including affiliate activation, content-driven commerce, and live selling — with a direct impact on revenue growth.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands both content virality and e-commerce conversion, and is excited to operate in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. TikTok Shop Operations
- Own end-to-end TikTok Shop performance (traffic, conversion, GMV)
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and overall storefront optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
2. Affiliate & Creator Activation
- Identify, recruit, and onboard TikTok affiliates and creators at scale
- Build and manage a high-performing creator network
- Launch, track, and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive consistent revenue
- Scale relationships with top-performing creators
3. Content & Conversion Strategy
- Develop and execute strategies for high-converting short-form content
- Translate viral trends into shoppable content formats
- Optimize messaging, hooks, and product positioning to improve conversion rates
4. TikTok Live Commerce
- Plan and execute TikTok Live sessions focused on driving sales
- Coordinate hosts, offers, scripts, and scheduling
- Analyze live performance and continuously optimize for higher conversion
5. Growth & Experimentation
- Test and iterate on new growth strategies (organic, affiliate-driven, and content-led)
- Identify winning products and scale them through TikTok
- Stay ahead of TikTok Shop trends, tools, and algorithm changes
