Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive TikTok Shop Specialist/Manager to oversee and grow our TikTok Shop presence in the UK. This role involves managing daily operations, driving sales through campaigns and creator collaborations, and optimising shop performance to achieve commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end operations of FBT’s TikTok Shop — including shop setup, product listings, inventory management, pricing, order management, and fulfilment.
- Plan, execute, and optimise live shopping events and on-platform marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with creators, influencers, and affiliates to promote products and increase sales.
- Monitor and analyse shop performance (traffic, conversion rate, AOV, GMV) to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align content and promotions.
- Ensure strong shop health: manage reviews, returns, delivery performance, and compliance with TikTok policies.
- Stay current with TikTok trends, algorithms, and new commerce features to keep strategies effective.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years’ experience in e-commerce, social commerce, or digital marketing (TikTok Shop experience preferred).
- Solid understanding of TikTok content, audience behaviour, and live shopping dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — able to work effectively with internal teams, creators, and external partners.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience using data tools (Excel/Sheets, TikTok Seller Centre).
- Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing influencer/affiliate campaigns or creator collaborations.
- Background in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
- Familiarity with TikTok Ads Manager, Seller Centre, and Creator Marketplace tools.
