MC Korean Skincare is a fast-growing beauty brand dedicated to science-backed, sensitive-skin-friendly products. As we dominate the TikTok Shop (TTS) landscape, we are looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist who doesn’t just "post videos," but understands the mechanics of viral growth and e-commerce conversion. If you live and breathe TikTok and know how to scale a brand in the K-Beauty space, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle TTS Management: Independently manage the TikTok Shop (TTS) Seller Center backend. This includes product listing optimization, flash sale setups, inventory monitoring, and ensuring overall account health/compliance.
  • Performance-Driven Content: Lead the creative direction and execution of "shoppable" short-form videos. Use CapCut to produce high-retention content that balances K-Beauty aesthetics with high conversion rates (GPM).
  • Affiliate Network Expansion: Proactively identify, recruit, and manage relationships with TikTok creators. Negotiate commission rates, manage sample distributions, and track creator-led ROI.
  • Trend Harvesting & Execution: Daily monitoring of viral audio, hashtags, and beauty "hacks." You must be able to rapidly translate global trends into actionable, brand-specific content strategies.
  • Livestream Strategy & Support: Lead the technical and tactical setup for TikTok Livestreams. Monitor real-time data during streams to adjust pinned products, engagement tactics, and flash sales.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting: Conduct weekly performance reviews. Track key metrics such as views, retention rates, click-through rates (CTR), and conversion to provide data-backed suggestions for strategy pivots.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as a bridge between brand vision and local execution. Ensure all social media output aligns with the brand’s global science-backed identity while remaining culturally relevant to the US market.

Qualifications (Requirements)

  • Language: English (Fluent/Native). Mandarin (Preferred but not required). * Note: While Mandarin is a plus for communicating with our global strategy team, we prioritize candidates who are exceptional communicators and can effectively translate brand vision into local TikTok trends.
  • Proven TikTok Experience: At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing a TikTok Shop (TTS) or a brand account with a track record of growth. Deep familiarity with the TikTok Shop Seller Center is highly preferred.
  • Strong "Net Sense": You are a power user of TikTok, Instagram, and Pinterest. You understand the nuance between "aesthetic content" and "high-conversion content."
  • Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in CapCut (speed ramping, transitions, trending audio integration) and Canva.
  • Problem Solver: A high degree of autonomy. You are expected to stay ahead of TikTok’s ever-changing algorithm and policy updates.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.
