Job Description: Short Video Content Creator (TikTok)

CHC Fashion Group is seeking creative and talented individuals to join our digital content team as Short Video Content Creators on TikTok. As a Short Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging and visually appealing short-form videos that showcase fashion, beauty, home goods, and accessories from our partner brands to captivate a global audience on TikTok.

Responsibilities:

Content Production: Create high-quality, innovative, and on-brand TikTok videos that align with the latest trends and effectively promote our partner brands’ products.
Storytelling & Engagement: Develop captivating narratives to highlight product features and benefits, enhancing viewer engagement and driving interest.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to plan, conceptualize, and produce content that boosts brand visibility.
Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, incorporating popular formats, sounds, and styles into content creation.
Performance Optimization: Monitor video performance metrics and continuously improve content strategies to enhance reach and engagement.

Requirements:

Proven experience creating content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or other short-form video platforms.
Strong passion for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends.
Creative mindset with excellent storytelling, filming, and editing skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with TikTok’s algorithm and audience preferences.
Knowledge of basic video editing tools and apps.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (current students are encouraged to apply).
