Videographer Producer - Contract

The Lazard Asset Management Marketing team is responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing campaigns, across all client touch points, globally. We are seeking an experienced and innovative Videographer Producer to join our friendly and professional marketing team. This is a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension, and is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver top-tier content in partnership with the business.

The Videographer Producer will act as a connector for stakeholders across the investment, sales, channel marketing, and broader marketing team to deliver on the firm’s key business objectives to drive commercial success. They will have a deep understanding of design principles, client needs, and be able to clearly articulate the benefits of our design solutions.

We’ll trust you to:

• Plan, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for internal and external audiences, including product videos, interviews, discussions, and promotional materials.
• Manage all aspects of production — from concept development and scripting to filming, editing, and final delivery. This would include working with marketing professionals, writers, designers, and the analysts, portfolio, product managers, subject matter experts, and finance professionals.
• Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment with technical proficiency.
• Edit video and audio using industry-standard software, incorporating graphics, animations, and branding elements.
• Maintain consistency with Lazard’s brand guidelines, while also adding to the guidelines and helping set the vision for video and motion.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to develop creative concepts that support campaigns and initiatives.
• Organize and archive video and audio assets for future use.
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in video production.

You’ll need to have:

• 5+ years of professional experience in video production, including shooting, editing, and producing content for corporate or brand purposes.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition (or similar video/audio editing tools).
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and re-prioritize as needed.
• Creative problem-solving abilities and a solutions-oriented style.
• A portfolio showcasing video and audio work for large, high-quality, or well-known brands is preferred.
• Familiarity with emerging generative AI tools for video and image creation is a strong plus.

We expect the hourly rate for this role to be approximately $60.00 – $100.00 USD. Various factors contribute to determining the actual rate offered, including but not limited to the applicant’s years of relevant experience, career tenure, qualifications, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, relevant skills for the role.
