Summary

Compensation: To align interests and drive growth, a tiered performance bonus is applied to total viral monthly views

Base: $500/month (guaranteed)
Bonus: When you reach one of the following total monthly video view tiers, you’ll receive the corresponding bonus:
•500k+ total video views per month = $100 bonus
•1mil+ views: $200 bonus
•5mil+ views: $500 bonus

Content Volume: 20 posts per month (5 per week)
Platform Focus: TikTok (with cross-posting to IG Reels, Shorts, Facebook, X)

We want your help and expertise in building a brand new TikTok account focused on high-performing UGC-style content. We’re looking for someone who understands how to create content that feels native, authentic, and has the potential to go viral! .

The Role
You’ll be responsible for starting and growing a brand new UGC-focused TikTok account designed to drive organic discovery and app installs.

You’ll create relatable, hook-driven, story-based content that feels organic to TikTok not like an ad.

We want someone who understands:

• Hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
• Story-driven scripts
• Native platform trends
• How to convert views into curiosity + clicks

You’ll have creative freedom but you’ll also collaborate with us monthly to review performance and refine strategy.

What You’ll Do
•Produce 20 TikTok posts per month (5 per week)
•Script, film, and edit UGC-style videos
•Cross-post to Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X
•Develop monthly content calendar
•Monitor analytics and iterate based on performance
•Stay ahead of TikTok trends in self-improvement/motivation space
•Join 1 monthly video call for performance review + strategy

Ideal Candidate/Requirements

You:
•Have proven experience growing TikTok accounts organically
•Individual UGC creator and not apart of a larger company
•Understand conversion-focused organic content
•Know how to blend storytelling with product positioning
•Have strong copywriting + scripting skills
•Can show examples of high-performing TikTok content
•Are organized and comfortable working independently

•Have experience promoting apps
•Understand self-improvement niche
•Have paid ads knowledge
•Are comfortable experimenting with hooks + creative testing
