Tile Mason

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of marble, porcelain, ceramic, granite, and other premium tiles on all surfaces – walls, floors, etc.
• Proper placement of tiles, joint gaps, and follow alignment gap standard.
• Preparation of areas of work and surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives as required.
• Cut tiles using manual and power tools with precision to accommodate design layouts and site conditions.
• Execute detailed layouts and patterns, including diagonal, herringbone, and custom designs.
• Perform grouting, polishing, and sealing of tiles to achieve high-quality finishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and protection of finished surfaces until project handover.
• Communicates and follow guidelines and instructions from supervisor with regards to drawings and lay-out.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure proper handling of materials and tools.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, and quality inspectors to meet project deadlines and standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in high-end tile installation projects.
• Proven ability to work with premium tiles (e.g., marble, porcelain slabs, large-format tiles).
• Expertise in achieving alignment and tolerance installation gap of 2mm
• Strong knowledge of tiling techniques, adhesives, grouts, and finishing materials.
• High attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of handling demanding site conditions.
• Knowledge of waterproofing and substrate preparation techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
