Job Title: Tile Mason

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and experienced Tile Masons to join our construction/fit-out team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in installing premium tiles, including marble, porcelain, ceramic, and granite, ensuring high-quality finishes and precision workmanship across residential, commercial, and high-end projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install marble, porcelain, ceramic, granite, and other premium tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces.
• Ensure proper placement of tiles, alignment, and tolerance gaps (2mm standard).
• Prepare work areas and surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and applying adhesives as required.
• Measure, cut, and shape tiles using manual and power tools with precision.
• Execute detailed layouts and custom patterns (diagonal, herringbone, large-format, and designer finishes).
• Apply grout, polishing, and sealants to achieve superior finishes.
• Repair and replace damaged tiles as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and protection of completed works until handover.
• Interpret and follow construction drawings, layouts, and supervisor instructions.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, designers, inspectors, and team members to meet project quality and deadlines.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work environment in good condition.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and site regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in high-end tile installation projects.
• Proven ability to work with premium tiles (marble, porcelain slabs, large-format tiles).
• Expertise in achieving precise alignment and 2mm tolerance installation gap.
• Strong knowledge of adhesives, grouting, waterproofing, and surface preparation techniques.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting drawings, layouts, and specifications.
• High attention to detail, finishing quality, and craftsmanship.
• Physically fit and capable of handling demanding site conditions.
• Experience in fit-out and renovation projects preferred.
• Ability to supervise junior tilers and helpers when required.
