Tiling Mason (premium finishes)

Tile Mason – Dubai (Immediate Start)
We are seeking a skilled Tile Mason with proven experience delivering high-quality finishes across residential and commercial projects in Dubai.

Key Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 4 years of tile installation experience in Dubai, specifically working with premium finishes such as marble, porcelain, large-format tiles, mosaics and natural stone
• Immediate availability to join
• Verifiable references from previous employers or clients
• Photographs of completed work demonstrating quality, detailing and finishing standards

Role Responsibilities

• Install wall and floor tiles to a high standard across bathrooms, kitchens, corridors and feature areas
• Cut, shape and level tiles using the correct tools and techniques
• Ensure alignment, spacing and grout lines meet premium finish specifications
• Prepare surfaces including levelling, waterproofing and priming
• Repair and replace damaged tiles where required
• Work efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail
• Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to ensure smooth workflow on site
• Adhere to site safety practices at all times

Preferred Qualities

• Experience with luxury fit-outs
• Strong understanding of levelling systems, specialist adhesives and grout types
• Reliable, professional and consistent workmanship
• Ability to read drawings and follow finishing specifications
