Time Keeper

Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Time Keeper to join our team. The Time Keeper will be responsible for monitoring and recording employees’ attendance, leaves, and overtime, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of attendance records to support payroll and HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and monitor daily attendance, absences, and leaves of employees.
  • Maintain and update attendance registers and timesheets (manual or electronic).
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
  • Track overtime hours and ensure accurate records for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with HR and Accounts departments to provide attendance and leave data.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies regarding attendance and working hours.
  • Maintain proper filing of attendance and leave records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Time Keeper or in a similar administrative role (preferably in construction/projects).
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle large workforce data.
