We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Time Keeper to manage, track, and verify employee attendance and work hours. The ideal candidate is organized, punctual, and capable of maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Record daily attendance, absences, and overtime for all employees
  • Maintain accurate time sheets and work-hour logs
  • Verify clock-in/clock-out data and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly time reports
  • Coordinate with HR and payroll to ensure timely and accurate salary processing
  • Monitor employee compliance with timekeeping policies
  • Assist in scheduling shifts or workforce allocations when needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information
  • Communicate promptly about attendance issues or policy violations

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in construction timekeeping, payroll, or administrative roles is an advantage
  • Proficiency with time-tracking software and MS Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
