Job Title: Timekeeper – Site Office (Abu Dhabi)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Timekeeper to manage and maintain accurate records of workforce attendance, working hours, overtime, and site manpower reports. The candidate will coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and HR to ensure proper documentation of labor attendance and payroll-related data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain daily attendance records for all site employees and laborers.
  • Record and monitor working hours, overtime, leave, and absences.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, foremen, and HR department regarding manpower data.
  • Update and maintain records in Excel sheets and company systems.
  • Ensure accurate data for salary processing and payroll support.
  • Maintain proper filing of labor records and documentation.
  • Assist site management with administrative tasks related to workforce tracking.

Requirements

  • Minimum12–2 years experience as a Timekeeper in construction projects (preferably in UAE).
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, reports).
  • Arabic language is mandatory; good communication in English.
  • Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work in site office environment.
  • Available to join immediately.
