About the Role:

MAX Ultimate Food is seeking Bartenders who are passionate, refined, and experienced in delivering exceptional beverage service at high-end events. As a Bartender working for a luxury catering company, you will be an integral part of our events, providing premium cocktail service with flair and precision. We are looking for skilled mixologists who are detail-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Crafting Signature Cocktails: Prepare and serve creative, high-quality cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain exceptional standards in both presentation and taste, ensuring every drink is crafted to perfection.
• Guest Experience: Engage with guests in a polished, professional manner, providing beverage recommendations, refilling drinks promptly, and ensuring every guest enjoys their time at the bar.
• Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist in setting up the bar area with precision and style. Ensure all bar tools, glassware, and beverage stations are organized for seamless service. At the end of the event, efficiently break down the bar and ensure all items are packed and accounted for.
• Efficient & Timely Service: Maintain a high level of efficiency, serving guests promptly while ensuring consistent quality. Balance the need for quick service with the care required to prepare drinks to the highest standards.
• Valid TIPS Certification: Follow responsible alcohol service practices and maintain a valid TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations.
• Collaborate with Team: Work closely with other bartenders, servers, and event staff to ensure smooth service. Support the team in creating an outstanding guest experience by assisting in other event-related tasks when needed.
• Inventory & Cleanliness: Manage bar inventory, ensuring all supplies are stocked, organized, and accessible. Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace, following all health and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

• TIPS Certified: You must hold a current TIPS certification or be willing to obtain it before starting.
• Mixology Expertise: A passion for cocktails, creativity in mixology, and an eye for detail in both flavor and presentation.
• Customer-Focused: A natural ability to engage with guests in a warm and professional manner. You should be able to anticipate guest needs and deliver top-tier service throughout the event.
• Experience: Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in upscale or luxury settings. We are looking for candidates with experience in crafting both classic and contemporary cocktails.
• Part-Time Availability: Flexibility to commit to at least three shifts per month, including weekends and evening events.
• Detail-Oriented & Reliable: You take pride in maintaining a clean, organized bar and providing service that exceeds expectations.
