**Job Overview:**

As a Title Processor/ Closer, you will play a crucial role in the real estate and property transaction process by conducting thorough research and ensuring the clear transfer of property titles. You will work closely with real estate professionals, buyers, sellers, and lenders to facilitate the smooth and legally compliant transfer of property ownership

Duties and Responsibilities

• Title Examination: Conduct comprehensive title searches to identify any encumbrances, liens, or ownership disputes associated with the property in question.
• Document Verification: Review and analyze legal documents such as deeds, mortgages, and easements to confirm their accuracy and validity.
• Clearance of Title Issues: Resolve any issues or discrepancies in property titles by collaborating with relevant parties and taking necessary legal actions.
• Title Insurance: Assist clients in obtaining title insurance policies to protect against potential title defects or claims.
• Closing Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate real estate closings, ensuring that all necessary documents are signed, funds are transferred, and ownership is legally transferred.
• Client Communication: Maintain open and clear communication with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and attorneys to provide updates on title status and address any concerns or questions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay current with federal and state regulations governing real estate transactions and ensure all activities adhere to legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
