Title Processor - Oviedo, FL

Location: Oviedo, FL

Pay: $40,000–$45,000 annually

Employment Type: Full-Time, Onsite

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

The Title Processor is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing real estate title documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state and federal regulations. This role supports smooth and timely real estate closings by coordinating with internal teams and external partners throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Examine and verify title documents including deeds, mortgages, liens, tax records, and legal descriptions
  • Prepare title commitments and related documentation in accordance with underwriting and company standards
  • Identify and assist in resolving title issues such as outstanding liens, discrepancies, or missing information
  • Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to gather required documentation
  • Order and track payoffs, surveys, HOA estoppels, tax certificates, and other closing-related items
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal real estate regulations
  • Maintain accurate and organized transaction files within company systems
  • Assist with closing packages and final title policy preparation as needed
  • Provide timely updates and excellent customer service to all parties


Qualifications

  • Experience in title processing, escrow, real estate, or a related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge of title documents, title insurance, and real estate terminology
  • Familiarity with title software such as ResWare, RamQuest, SoftPro, or similar is a plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy
